We aim to improve our skills and capacity in enterprising
approaches and tendering for contracts while maintaining our grant
fundraising skills.
Having a diverse funding portfolio is essential to our
sustainability. We have developed the skills and capacity to
ensure we can apply for grant funding and submit speculative
proposals and competitive tenders. We have been successful in
a five year investment which began in January 2009 from The
Big Lottery Fund. We developed our enterprising activity to
match the investment made.
We have negotiated a second year of a Strategic Partnership
Agreement with the Scottish Government. We were successful in
a competitive tender to deliver on a contract called Embedding the
Curriculum wheel.
