Strategic Partnership Agreement
We negotiated a Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with
the Scottish Government to 2011. Through this, we represent the
voluntary adult learning and education sector on 20 national level
committees, groups and panels. We coordinate consultations for
members to respond and influence government policy. We also produce
policy briefings and discussion papers for members on
developments in the Scottish Government.
